Return Conditions
To receive a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as received, with no new signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- Software: Any personal accounts (e.g., iCloud, Windows accounts) and passwords must be removed.
- Completeness: All shipped accessories, chargers, and cables must be included in the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: You are responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Defective items: If the item arrives damaged or differs significantly from the description, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the full purchase price (including standard initial shipping costs) using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
